Bill Kinsaul was elected Bay County Clerk of Court & Comptroller in 2008 and has dedicated his career to serving the citizens of Bay County with professionalism and transparency. The Clerk’s office is responsible for maintaining all court records, serving as County Recorder and Comptroller, and providing financial oversight as treasurer and secretary to the Board of County Commissioners.
