During the Miami County, Kansas BOCC meeting on February 11, 2026, the board recognized Casey Brown, Information Specialist, on being named the 2025 Miami County Employee of the Year!

Casey has worked for the county since 2021 in the IT department. He has been recognized for his willingness to step in, step up, and assist wherever needed. Casey consistently works to ensure employee IT issues are resolved promptly, and his dedication and efforts are greatly appreciated.
