We loved seeing Paragould Emerging Professionals show up in a big way at last night’s Chamber Banquet!

Their presence throughout the evening was a powerful reminder that the future of our business community is already here. From networking during the reception to helping prepare for the banquet, these emerging leaders demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and a clear commitment to being involved in the growth of our community.

The night was also especially meaningful as two members of the group were recognized for their outstanding contributions. Donald Cooper was honored as PEP Member of the Year, and Millie Wade received Ambassador of the Year. These recognitions highlight the dedication, service, and leadership both individuals bring to our Chamber and our community.

Groups like Paragould Emerging Professionals play an important role in building relationships, developing leadership skills, and strengthening the pipeline of talent that will continue moving our community forward. Seeing so many of them in attendance was encouraging and energizing.

Thank you to everyone in Paragould Emerging Professionals who participated in the banquet and supported the event. We are proud to have such a strong group of rising leaders!

The PEP Mentor group met for the second time! Today mentors shared their experiences and mentees established goals for the duration of the program.

Our new PEP Mentorship Match program met for the first time today! Participants got to meet their match for the 6 month program designed to pair emerging professionals with experienced leaders in the community.

We’re excited to launch the PEP Mentorship Match Program, a program designed to connect emerging professionals with experienced business and community leaders for intentional, one-on-one mentorship. This program goes beyond networking events and focuses on real professional growth, leadership development, and meaningful relationships.

Yesterday, PEP members came together for a planning meeting filled with ideas, energy, and forward thinking. We talked about exciting ways PEP members can do more than just attend events by getting involved, building leadership skills, and growing both personally and professionally.
