Whether you’re an experienced dispatcher looking for a new opportunity or you’ve never worked in 911 but think you have what it takes, we’d love to hear from you.
**Starting Pay**
• No prior dispatch experience: $43,600/year while in training, increasing to $50,000/year upon successful completion of training.
•Experienced dispatchers: Starting salary $50,000-$64,679/year based on previous training and experience.
Previous dispatch experience is valued, but it is not required. We provide training for candidates who are ready to learn, communicate effectively, multitask under pressure, and serve their community when it matters most.
**Important Scheduling Information**
Our communications center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Applicants must have open availability and be willing and able to work:
• Days
• Nights
• Weekends
• Holidays
