The Paramus Health Department will be offering FREE Skin Cancer Screenings on Thursday, May 28th from 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM at the Paramus Health Department. This program is open to all Paramus residents ages 18 and older.

🚶‍♂️ Paramus Walks is Back for 2026!

Step into wellness with the Paramus Health Department. Join us for a guided 2-mile walk every Monday at Van Saun County Park from April 20 through June 15 at 9:00 AM.

This free program is open to residents 18 and older of all fitness levels and is a great way to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy the outdoors.

🐾 FREE Rabies Vaccination Clinic – May 7, 2026 🐶🐱
The Paramus Health Department is hosting our annual Rabies Clinic for cats and dogs on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paramus Life Safety Complex Garage.

*No appointment necessary, just bring your leashed dogs and secured cats, and we'll take care of the rest!

PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT be issuing dog or cat licenses at the clinic.

This morning, the Paramus Health Department hosted the annual Go Red for Women Awareness Breakfast for Borough employees to raise funds and support women’s heart health. The event focused on raising awareness, encouraging prevention, and supporting healthier lifestyles in our community. Thank you to everyone who participated and showed their support for women’s health! All proceeds will go to the American Heart Association.
