UPDATE: The water is back on. There is a 48 hour boil order for the affected area until 10pm Saturday night. Thank you again for your patience!

Due to the on-going water project, water will be turned off around 10:00am on Thursday, March 19 in the highlighted southwest area of Paris below. This outage is projected to last 4-6 hours. Wednesday, March 4, 2026 - N. Seminary will be closed for street repairs between W. Caldwell and Locust Street. It will be reopened when the barricades are removed.

The City of Paris would like to make citizens aware that Rock Road from the north driveway of Miller Retirement to W. Locust will be closed today for street repairs. When that is completed Rock Road from Miller's west to 301 Rock Road will be closed. Rock Road should be reopened on Friday February 13, 2026. Sorry for the inconvenience. NOTICE: Rock Road will be closed for street repairs from Miller's Retirement to West Locust Street today (Wednesday, February 11.) When that work is complete, Rock Road will be closed from Miller's Retirement west to 301 Rock Road for additional street repairs. This will be a two-day project and Rock Road should be reopened on Friday, February 13.

The prices the City of Paris pays for gas have risen very high the last two days as our gas providers anticipate this HUGE frigid weather event. These prices are out of the City’s control. We hope that our residents will make efforts to conserve in their homes to lessen their utility bills.
