Duncan Tavern Historic Center

Duncan Tavern Historic Center Duncan Tavern Historic Center, built circa 1790, is steeped in the history of Kentucky’s history.

This beautiful, three-story limestone building has been fully restored and is now available to help make your own family’s history. Whether planning a bridal shower, small intimate wedding, anniversary celebration or a family gathering, Duncan Tavern provides an unparalleled combination of elegance, grace and hospitality. Your event will be impressive, with beautiful antique furnishings tastefully

arranged in large, elegant rooms, and yet the small-town atmosphere will make your guests feel right at home. A terraced garden bordered by mature trees provides a perfect backdrop for photographs. A resident curator and volunteer docents are available to give your group a tour of our in-house museum and genealogical library. Duncan Tavern’s dining area provides seating for up to 55 people and we work with a variety of groups; from bridal teas to business meetings.
