Come along with Swaner and Utah Master Naturalist Program to beautiful Moab, Utah for 3 days of reading, writing, and field journaling as we explore the intersection of paleontology, cultural history, and land preservation! Part book club, part writing and nature journaling workshop, this event from March 12 - 14 is for anyone who loves nature and literature. Our keystone book will be Riley Black’s “The Shortest History of the Dinosaurs.” Field sites include Utahraptor State Park and The Moab Museum, among others.

Anyone excited about reading Utah authors, exploring Utah’s public lands, and writing or journaling for personal expression is welcome! Find out details and register at the link below!
