Summit County Domestic Violence Coalition Creating a community with zero tolerance for domestic violence through awareness, involvement and education

SCDVC is comprised of organizations & people who deal with Domestic Violence. Organizations such as Educators, Health Care Providers, Law Enforcement, DV Shelters and Animal Shelters to name a few. They share their perspectives and coordinate efforts on all fronts of the problem - understanding, education, prevention, assistance and continued support. Together they battle the problem and aim to stop the cycle of violence.

Its an alarming number - more than one in three Utah women will experience rape, physical violence or be stalked by an intimate partner in their lifetime. Victims need to know they can get out and there's help available now to make it safely happen.
