The City of Park Falls has started its Comprehensive Plan Project and is conducting a survey. A significant portion on this survey includes gathering input on desired future land uses, including the properties of the former paper mill. We would like to know what kind of land uses you would like to see in these areas in the future. It is important for us to know what you would like before decisions are made as opposed to getting reactions once decisions are made. This survey is open to those who live in, work, or frequently shop/dine in Park Falls. Here is a link to our community survey, and we ask you for 10 to 15 minutes of your time complete it. It is important, as it is your community.

Below is a link to the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR - not the band unfortunately) for the City Water Utility. This required annual report shows the required testing for certain chemicals and contaminants in the water supply. Not all contaminants are tested every year, but we follow the schedule required by the Wisconsin DNR. We are pleased to inform you that there were no violations to report. Water safety and quality remain a priority for the City. https://cityofparkfallswi.gov/documents/143/2025_Consumer_Confidence_Report__1_.pdf

The City of Park Falls and the Park Falls Police Department proudly congratulate Sgt. Koller and Mrs. Kate Leitl on receiving Life-Saving Awards on Monday, June 8, 2026.

On May 16, 2026, Kate's husband, Daniel, became dizzy and collapsed during a walk. Kate immediately called 9-1-1, and Sgt. Koller quickly responded. Together, they performed CPR and used an AED to deliver a critical shock, reviving Daniel before he was transported to a medical facility.
The City of Park Falls and the Park Falls Police Department extend their deepest gratitude to Kate Leitl and Sgt. Koller for their outstanding, heroic performance in saving Daniel's life.

As a reminder, this coming Monday, June 15th at 4:00 on the third floor of City Hall, there will be a presentation and listening session on potential plans for the athletic complex. Since last summer, a joint committee of School and City officials have been meeting to discuss the athletic complex and needed improvements to get the track functional again, along with other desired improvements to the facility. Decisions made in the near future could affect the layout, improvements, and uses for decades to come. We would like to hear what you have to say!
