From January through March 2026, our Law Enforcement Navigators continued to serve as a vital resource for residents in need of support. Take a look at this graphic to see our first-quarter impact by the numbers.

While sworn officers handle immediate safety concerns, Navigators provide follow-up assistance by connecting individuals and families with services such as mental health care, substance use treatment, housing and shelter resources and other community supports.

Residents can contact our team directly at [email protected].

There have been 5 devastating hot car deaths before summer has even officially begun. πŸš˜πŸ’”

Parents β€” it takes less than a minute to build a life-saving routine:
🧸 Keep a stuffed animal in the front seat as a visual reminder
πŸŽ’ Leave an important item in the back seat so you have to check
πŸ”‘ Keep your car locked at home so kids can’t crawl inside and get trapped

In 2024, the fatality rate for motorcyclists was 27 times higher than for passenger vehicle occupants.

With summer finally here, we’re seeing more motorcycles out enjoying the warm weather. Whether you’re behind the wheel of a car or on a bike, we all play a role in keeping each other safe.

Drivers: Give motorcycles extra space and stay alert. Motorcyclists may need to brake or maneuver quickly to avoid hazards.

Motorcyclists: Wear a helmet, follow traffic laws and never ride distracted.

As Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to remind everyone to look twice and help save a life.
