Healing from emotional trauma to Overcome Addiction! This was my fight for sure. Emotions = more drugs! UNTIL I got sober! At 33 my emotions were so raw, like a child.🥺 I hadn't felt real emotions in 20+ years and even then I was never taught how to maintain my emotions. Do you know MOST people aren't taught about emotions, not just addicts. Anyways...I'm excited to get into it! This will be the point of focus this Summer and I'm thrilled! I know Summer can get crazy and I know I'll have to miss here and there BUT remember WE NEED EACH OTHER! Community is where you're going to find hope, and faith, and family...let's talk about it!
