Park Ridge Youth Commission

Park Ridge Youth Commission Teens organized to provide a voice for Park Ridge Youth. The Youth Commission meets the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:00pm at City Hall.

The Park Ridge Youth Commission consists of at least twelve members: four adults, one liaison member from the City Council, one member from the Park Ridge Park District, and a minimum of four high school students. Its responsibilities are to provide a forum for public discussion of topics related to activities of youth; to act as an ombudsman for youth; to facilitate coordination for various community youth groups; and to submit recommendations on these matters to the City Council.
