Parkersburg Housing Authority P.R.I.D.E. Homeownership Program - designed for low to moderate income families becoming local homeowners within 24-months.

To assist low-income families with safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to improve the quality of their lives through economic independence or homeownership. Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program - designed for Section 8 recipients to become local homeowners with a portion of mortgage being paid with housing assistance funds.

Due to the closure of the Wood County Summer Feeding Program today following the warehouse fire in Parkersburg, the Parkersburg Housing Authority will be providing free sack lunches for children from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our Administrative Offices, while supplies last.

If your child is in need of lunch, please stop by during that time. We are glad to help support our community while the regular summer feeding program is unavailable.
