Parkland is incredibly proud of Detective Bob Rutkowski, whose quick actions and courage helped save a woman trapped in a sinking vehicle while working extra-duty in Pompano Beach. His dedication to protecting others extends far beyond city lines. This is the kind of character, commitment, and selfless service that makes our community stronger and safer.
