Special Education Resource Center The BCPS Special Education Resource Center supports parents of children with disabilities, ages birth to 21. Open M-F 8:30-3:30 during the school year.

We are conveniently located in the central area of Baltimore County in the White Oak School and have served the community for over 20 years. The Special Education Resource Center is a countywide service for parents of children and youth with disabilities, reaching out to assist families and professionals. We are open during the school year. Our hours are 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our

services include: special education resources, information and referral, assistance with the IEP process, workshops, confidential consultation, lending library, Hand-In-Hand newsletter, and the PTA special education liason project.
