AFC Members, a quick update on our pool closure: work on our skylights and pool is ongoing, and we expect to reopen on August 31st. Our team is committed to making sure this space is even better when we reopen. In the meantime, we encourage you to take advantage of our other amenities! Ready to make waves in your fitness routine? 🌊 We're thrilled to introduce Aqua Personal Training with Madison Miller! Madison brings her Master's in Occupational Therapy right into the pool, creating low-impact sessions that build strength, boost endurance, and go easy on your joints, perfect if you're recovering from an injury, managing arthritis, or just want to try something different.

Stop by the front desk or ask a Member Services rep to learn more and get on the schedule. Your body will thank you! 💦💪

🏊 Pool Closure Notice 🏊

Just a friendly reminder that both the Lap Pool and Activity Pool will be closed from August 15th – August 30th. We're planning to reopen on August 31st! 🎉

For safety purposes, the pool area will be closed to members during this time.

💙 Want to put your membership on hold while the pools are closed? Just stop by the front desk and we'll take care of it for you!

🚧 Parking Update 🚧

Starting August 15th, part of our parking lot near the entrance will be closed off for construction staging during our pool shutdown. The area will be coned off, please avoid parking there and use the other available spaces around the facility.

Today we had the honor of celebrating a very special milestone with one of our amazing members, Roslyn, as she turned 90 years young!

If you've ever been to one of our morning group fitness classes, chances are you've seen Roslyn's smiling face. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to staying active inspire both our members and our staff every single day.

Roslyn is a wonderful reminder that age is just a number and that it's never too late to prioritize your health, wellness, and community.

Huge thanks to everyone who rolled up their sleeves at Sunday's American Red Cross Blood Drive at ESCNJ Aquatics & Fitness Center! Together we achieved:
