I became a teacher and union activist to provide quality educational opportunities for all students and look forward to serving our richly diverse community in the legislature.

Had an invigorating time meeting voters and families all around the district this weekend.

Yesterday, after interviewing with the FOP’s screening committee, I joined in the Rocky River Pride march—standing in solidarity to ensure everyone feels a sense of security and belonging—and then knocked on doors in Bay Village. Today, I had great conversations with people attending the Kamms Corners Farmers Market, then joined with a dedicated group of volunteers to canvass in Rocky River in support of Democratic candidates up and down the ballot.

Despite concerns about the direction our state and nation are heading, the people I talked with expressed optimism that we can bridge partisan divides to get back on track and protect and strengthen our communities. I’m feeling fortunate to be running in such a proud district and am energized for the work ahead!

ENDORSEMENT ALERT! I am excited to announce that I have earned the support of the Sierra Club’s Ohio Chapter.

After completing their questionnaire and meeting with their political action committee members from Northeastern Ohio, I am honored that I have been named as one of the candidates for state office in 2026 who has merited their endorsement. The Sierra Club works to elect legislative candidates who care about our environment to the Ohio General Assembly “because a better environment means a healthier, more prosperous Ohio.”

I look forward to working with Sierra Club members and allies to strengthen Ohio’s environmental protections, ensure affordable clean energy for all, preserve Ohio’s wild places, and conserve Ohio’s wildlife. Thank you for placing your confidence in me!

Thank you, Nora Kelly and West Park friends for hosting a meet-and-greet event this evening. I really enjoyed talking with this dedicated group of citizens who care about the future of their community and our entire state and are ready to work together to make it better.
