Long Creek Fire was requested to respond 3rd due to a structure fire with extension to the woods in Greene county to assist St. james fire. Station 15 responded with a brush truck and a tanker and 3 personnel to the scene. Always glad to help, wherever we’re needed!

Due to high fire danger we have got extra manpower on standby at our station.

We have enough personnel to staff a brush truck, engine, tanker, and command vehicle.

Please refrain from burning. Dry conditions fire can travel very easily!

Station 15 responded to a brush fire today in our first due. Brush truck 15 and engine 15-2 arrived on scene and got a quick handle on the fire, engine 15-1 also responded for water support. As always, very appreciative of Parrottsville Volunteer Fire Department good job guys! Hard to beat the crew on this side of the river😎😎

Mountain Ways came to Cocke County, Tennessee tonight to offer help to our Volunteer Fire Departments and to the Hope House.
During the floods, these organizations sacrificed their equipment, supplies, and vehicles to help save our community. Mountain Ways gave each of them a generous contribution to restore their ability to help our citizens.

Long creek brush 15-1 and engine 15-2 on scene with 5 personnel assisting parrottsville fire station 14 this afternoon with a brush fire. All is well and the scene was turned over to state forestry division!

After returning to the station from a structure fire around 19:32 this evening we were dispatched to a wildland fire. We arrived on scene at to find fire climbing the ridge. Units went quickly to work containing the fire, and it was turn over to Tennessee Division of Forestry. There is no threat at this time.
