The official flyers for We Are Healing, Ch. 2: Healing Through Music, were designed and built by members of Journey Houseās Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) program!Ā
The photographs in both flyers were taken by the Foster Youth Photo Crew (FYPC) on the largest production day of the We Are Healing project. With over 20 people on set, our artists led the full day photoshoot to capture the coming together of every featured artist on the We Are Healing project: Beelo, Johna, Gabe aka DJ Ultra, D, 2Sunny + Crew, Andres aka Mayazteca, and Eric.
The final photograph from the shoot, received the title āA Great Day.ā On February 18th, 2025 youāll be able to learn more about this production, see behind the scene moments of the crew building these photographs, learn why the crew named the photograph āA Great Day,ā and read the notes that our crew members wrote about the morning a group of foster youth music artists, from across LA county, all squeezed together inside of a downtown LA studio, to be entered into the archive forever.
