That's because Downtown Pasadena isn't something we're trying to find, it's something we're ready to define.

PEDC is seeking an experienced multidisciplinary team to help us explore where Downtown Pasadena can take shape, what it should become, and how we turn that vision into reality.

Through the Downtown Pasadena Vision & Master Plan, we're looking to connect opportunity, redevelopment, urban design, mobility, public spaces, local businesses, culture and community identity into an actionable vision for Pasadena's future. And we're not looking to recreate someone else's downtown. We're looking to define one that's unmistakably Pasadena.
