The Pasadena Economic Development Corporation (PEDC) is seeking a qualified planning and design team to develop a Regional Entertainment District Master Plan that will help guide the future of one of Southeast Texas' most exciting economic development opportunities.

This effort will explore strategies to create a vibrant destination that supports entertainment, hospitality, dining, events, tourism, workforce engagement, and quality of life enhancements while advancing long-term economic growth for Pasadena and the surrounding region.

We invite experienced firms with expertise in entertainment districts, destination planning, urban design, market analysis, and implementation strategies to submit qualifications.
