We've had some questions concerning Trash bags. We've called the city to see if they would be dropping the paper bags and blue recycle bags soon.

The City said they no longer are dropping the Brown Paper bags due to budget cuts. The Blue bags are back ordered and we should be getting them in the next couple of months.

Home Owners may use any trash bags they wish to use. If they wish to have a city trash can there is a waiting list and you will need to call the city to be put on the list.

HI All Please be on the look out for the Flier for our next Block Party!!! We plan to have our next Block Party March 31 with a spring Egg hunt for the little ones. If anyone wants to help post something here and I'll get back to you.

National Night Out! Saturday, October 1st from 5pm to 9pm. We will be blocking off the back side of the circle for a Astro Jumper for the kids, live music, BBQ and penny carnival games. Bring your family's favorite dish for a Pot-Luck, and a comfy chair or blanket. BYOB and some to share, there will be some hamburgers/hot dogs, lemonade and ice tea and ice cream paid for by the Community Association. We hope to see you all there!

Hi! My fiancé and I just moved in to the neighborhood! We would love to meet new neighbors and learn more about our community! It looks like this group doesn't post often. Is there another Facebook group for the neighborhood that gets used more? Our old neighborhood had an amazing Facebook group and I'm hoping we can be part of one here, too! :)
Does anyone in the subdivision own a little brown and black chihuaha??? I saw it out running in the subdivision for the second time today. It will not let me catch it but I will come to your house and tell you its out if I know who's it is.
We all had a great time keep up the great work and make sure you read all our suggestions
Thank you to the Jackmans for such a wonderful evening. Hope we will have plenty more. Roger Wayne Bailey was great and the food was fantastic.

Here is the link to the summer swim team in the area!!!! We have several families belonging to the team and it's great fun. If your kids can swim then they'll love to be on the team.
