Heavy rainfall is expected in our area beginning tomorrow morning and continuing through the evening.🌧️

The City of Pasadena Office of Emergency Management is monitoring Tropical Depression Five in the Gulf, which could strengthen before reaching the Upper Texas coast on Tuesday.

Current forecasts show:
🌧️ Heaviest rainfall Tuesday
📍 3–5 inches possible east of I-45
⚠️ Isolated totals of 6–9 inches possible
💧 Heavy downpours could cause localized flash flooding
💨 Wind threat currently remains relatively low

Please stay weather aware and allow extra time when traveling. Never drive through a flooded roadway. Turn Around, Don’t Drown.🚗💧

Thank you to everyone who came out for the grand opening of the new Fire Station 6 on Kirby! The crew at 6 is very proud to serve the city of Pasadena and Taylor Lake Village. If you did not get out to see the station on Saturday you are welcome to visit any time the bay doors are open. There will be a community open house event in October too!

Fire Station 6 has a new home!🚒

Join the City of Pasadena and Pasadena Texas Fire Department on Saturday, Aug. 22, as we celebrate the opening of the newly rebuilt Fire Station 6.

The new facility replaces the former Station 6 at this location, providing Pasadena firefighters with an updated, modern station to support their work and serve the community.

Tour the new station, meet members of the Pasadena Fire Department, and help us celebrate this important investment in public safety.
