The Franklin County Board of Commissioners was honored to present a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Lynn Hall for his exceptional commitment and contribution to the Franklin County Water Conservancy Board.
Lynn has served the Conservancy Board since September 2008, first as an alternate member, and beginning in 2011, as a full Commissioner. Over these years, he has brought valuable insight, consistency, and dedication to the stewardship of our county’s water resources. His service has helped ensure that water, one of our most vital assets, continues to be managed responsibly for future generations.
Although Lynn has chosen not to reapply for another term, his years of dedication and leadership will have a lasting impact.
On behalf of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, we extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for his many years of faithful service.

There are currently over 1,000 children in foster care in Washington who are legally free and in need of belonging to new families. It remains essential for us to raise awareness by recognizing, celebrating, and commemorating these children and adoptive families and to spread the word to potential adoptive parents that these children need homes.

Tuesday (10/28/25), we had the pleasure of attending Corrections Officer Graduation Class 501.
This 400-hour academy provides training for our employees to facilitate the custody, safety, and security of the Franklin County Corrections Center. Captain Jansky and Lieutenant Tennancour attended the graduation of Corrections Officers Antonio Gonzalez, Liliana Leal, and Sylvester Balderrama.
Congratulations on your hard work and dedication to the residents of Franklin County.
