NCI’s corporate office is located in Paso Robles, CA, and provides community based vocational and community living programs and services to disabled adults from northern San Luis Obispo, Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties. We at NCI Affiliates, Inc. are dedicated in providing services that encourage and support individuals with disabilities, so that they may successfully achieve their personal and professional goals. LOCATIONS:

Pedro’s journey at Safeway shows the power of Individual Placement in action. Over the past four years—with tailored support from NCI’s employment services—he has grown from a courtesy clerk into a front-end leader who trains and mentors new team members.

Today, he’s paying it forward by guiding Andres, another NCI participant who recently launched his community employment journey as a Safeway cashier after building foundational skills at NCI North's thrift store.

With ongoing job coaching and peer mentorship, participants like Pedro and Andres are building confidence, gaining independence, and thriving in competitive, integrated jobs.
