I"m so happy to welcome my new Yoga instructor Carolyn Please come join us at Davis Park June 24th Friday for our first class meet infront of the church!

Carolyn began her yoga journey in 2010 and has been committed ever since. She believes yoga is a powerful tool to explore both physical and emotional limitations and find liberation from injuries. Driven by her own personal growth through yoga she was passionate to share her experience and completed her RYT-200hrs (Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training) in 2013. Since then she has traveled to various corners of the world instructing in both international cities and impoverished communities abroad. Trained in a various styles, Carolyn's classes will build strength, flexibility, and balance through stability, as well as provide the space to discover the truth in transition, and the sense of lightness you're looking for in your practice. Carolyn teaches from the heart and hopes to inspire others to connect and strengthen their emotional physical and mental awareness. She looks forward to teaching where she has grown up and hopes to bring a strong sense of community togetherness through yoga this summer!
