In continuation of celebrating Non-Binary Awareness Week, let’s shine a light on what it means to go beyond the binary.

Gender is more than male and female. The Gender Identity Challenge was developed by Rebecca Minor, LICSW as a tool to help individuals explore their own gender identity beyond physical characteristics and societal roles. These questions encourage introspection and reveal how binary gender roles can be restrictive and not truly reflective of individual identities. Embracing your true, authentic self is beautiful and worth celebrating.
