Neighborhood Help Center Guidance, Advocacy, and Encouragement are the tools that we will provide to help you succeed. The NHC staff will work diligently to assist you with most issues.

We at NJCDC recognize a lot of the problems you, our neighbors, may be facing and how difficult it can be to find the help you need. Therefore we have opened the Neighborhood Help Center to guide you towards a solution to those issues.
