Courses, connection, and community brought the 367th Recruiting Group together at the Group Training Event held June 8-11, 2026, Orlando, Florida.

Thank you to the wonderful Chaplain (Maj.) Sarah Wesley, for empowering recruiters through a Conflict to Connection course, as well as, Jason Kulchar for strengthening Group communication.

Recruiting Airmen from the 367th Recruiting Group, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, and 351st Recruiting Squadron, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, engage Development and Training Flight members who are preparing to enter the Air Force Reserve, June 6, 2026, at the Professional Development Center, Patrick SFB, Florida. Here, future Air Force Reserve medics, maintainers, and information technology specialists are groomed for success at basic training that they will carry with them throughout their AFR career.

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Jonathan I. Markley takes command of the 351st Recruiting Squadron, headquartered at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Marietta, Georgia, during a Change of Command ceremony, June 4, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.
U.S. Air Force Col. Sean "Metro" Fellows, commander of the 367th Recruiting Group, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, presided over the ceremony and transferred command of the squadron to Markley.
“A leader who has nothing to prove and yet everything to prove: one is secure enough to welcome new ideas and admit mistakes, and one still knows they must earn trust, respect, and loyalty of their people daily,” said Markley. “Leaders must prove they deserve that. I challenge you all to be leaders with nothing and yet everything to prove.”

Sean "Metro" Fellows, commander of the 367th Recruiting Group, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, passes guidon during an Assumption of Command Ceremony, June 2, 2026, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Members of the 367th Recruiting Group recognize Lt. Col. Jon Quinlan, 367 RCG Deputy Commander, as he departs for the Air War College in-residence program at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. His message to the team was simple: remember your family, remember each other, and never let the job define who you are.

Air Force Reserve Command leadership and Air Force Reserve recruiters visited schools and community organizations to highlight the “Reserve Advantage,” emphasizing flexible service opportunities, dual-career development, and the critical role of Citizen Airmen in delivering combat-ready capability, May 7, 2026 Hartford, Connecticut.

The 3-stop visit brought together Lt. Gen. John P. Healy, chief of the AFR and commander of the AFRC, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Israel Nuñez, senior enlisted advisor to the Chief of AFR, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia, and the command chief master sgt. of AFRC, Robins AFB, Georgia, and recruiters from the 350th Recruiting Squadron, headquartered at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, to engage aircraft maintenance students, high school students, and local youth development programs, reinforcing how Reserve service supports both national defense requirements as well as personal and professional growth.

Healy and Nuñez, teamed up with Senior Master Sgt. Jared Lacovara, 350RCS recruiting flight chief, Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts, and 350RCS leadership, to engage the Hartford, Connecticut, community by sharing a Reserve Advantage message, focusing on talent development and community connection.
