It is with great sadness that we share the loss of a fellow law enforcement officer, whom many of us have known and loved through the years. Chief Charles (Charlie) Howe Jr. lost his battle to cancer today but that is not what will define this man. Charles has always had a passion for helping people which was obvious in the many different careers he endeavored. Most knew him for being the Chief of Police in Grover Hill alongside volunteering with Fire and EMS. Charles had a heart of gold that will be deeply missed. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this very difficult time. Rest easy brother. We will take it from here. 🖤💙🖤
