Tomorrow is election Tuesday… for those of you who remember what taco Tuesday was, this day is just as important ! For those of us who remember, Taco Tuesday meant two hard shelled tacos, a spoon of sweet corn, and a super thin, but mighty homemade (school made) cinnamon roll that took up the whole side of your plate! WOW!!! Those were great days!!
I say this, with these tasty descriptions, so that after you’ve made your last vote of this election year, you will remember just how far we have come. Making cinnamon rolls are not for the faint of heart. Those are painstakingly, hard days of dedication. We have worked diligently, we have been dedicated, and although after a long day of knocking door to door, having discussions, we might not smell like delicious cinnamon rolls, we knew what the end product would be. Hard work always yields a great result!
Tomorrow is the big day ! Based on what I’ve seen, this is a record-breaking year for voting ! It is your time to shine. Make sure you vote, your kids vote, everybody votes, that’s old enough to vote. This is your opportunity to help choose those who will best serve you, not themselves.
I’ve had great visits along the way.I’m thankful for those who kept up with my election materials ! I hope you found it educational about the County Commissioner election. It’s exciting to know that I possibly could serve as your Commissioner again. I believe that there are great possibilities for progress to be made in District 2 ! If you haven’t already been to the polls yet, I humbly ask that you cast your vote for me Tuesday November 5th by filling in the box by my name.
