First, we hold their hands. Then, we teach, encourage, and support. And before we know it, they're walking forward with confidence, kindness, and independence.

As we reflect on another wonderful year in our Bangor Head Start classrooms, we're reminded of just how much our students have grown. Some of our children are heading off to kindergarten, ready for their next adventure, while others will be returning to us to continue learning and growing together.

We are so proud of each child and grateful to have been part of their journey. 💙🌻

Our New Buffalo Head Start classroom celebrated the end of the program year with a fun-filled Bubble Day! As children popped, chased, and created bubbles, they were also strengthening hand-eye coordination, motor skills, focus, visual tracking, and social interaction.

Learning and laughter go hand in hand, and Bubble Day was a fun way to celebrate an amazing school year together! 🌻

From splashing water to discovering toy sharks and sea animals, our sensory tables give children the chance to learn through touch, movement, and imagination. These simple moments building language, problem-solving skills, and confidence as children explore, experiment, and make sense of what’s in front of them.
