Osage County jurors: You have been summoned to appear on Monday, January 26, 2026 @ 9 a.m. for jury duty. Due to high confidence forecasts indicating a major winter storm will impact the area this weekend, a decision has been made to postpone the jury term until later in the week. Therefore, you will not need to appear this coming Monday. The jury term is now scheduled to commence, and you are required to appear on Thursday, January 29, 2026 @ 9 a.m. at the Osage County Fairgrounds. Stay safe during this winter weather.

The Osage County Courthouse will be closed on December 16, 17 & 18 to facilitate the judges and court clerks' move to their new location at 611 Grandview. Judicial offices and the court clerk's office will resume normal hours of operation at the new location December 19. If you have court scheduled during the closure, please call on Friday and be advised of the new date or you can find that information at www.odcr.com.
