β˜€οΈ WORKING TOWARD THE FUTURE | Today, the Osage Nation Financial Assistance Department kicked off its Summer Youth Worker Program, welcoming a record-setting 218 Native American youth ages 16 to 21!

This impactful initiative places eligible youth at local businesses and worksites across the community, providing valuable professional experience, job training, and career development opportunities throughout the summer.

Participants are spending today and tomorrow in orientation, which includes cultural education centered on Osage values, including properly gifting and receiving a blanket.

We are proud to invest in the next generation of leaders and celebrate this milestone year for the program. Follow along as we document this incredible program throughout the summer. πŸ’™πŸ’›
