Registration opens up this coming Wednesday, March 11th, for our next free Rabies Vaccination Clinic, a partnership between our health department and Hudson Valley Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, on Saturday, March 28th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This clinic held at HVARS, 9 Barnes Drive in Poughkeepsie is open to Dutchess County residents, with vaccines available for dogs, cats, and domestic ferrets. With a significant winter storm headed our way, I have issued a State of Emergency and a travel ban to keep our community and first responders safe. Here is what you need to know:
-A travel ban will be in effect starting at 9 p.m. tonight through 9 a.m. Monday morning. Please stay off the roads to allow our highway crews to clear the 12–18 inches of snow expected.
-Dutchess County Government offices, including the DMV, will have a delayed opening at 11 a.m. tomorrow, Monday, Feb. 23.
-Dutchess County Public Transit service will begin at 11 a.m. tomorrow. Please check the real-time tracker for any further schedule adjustments: https://dutchesscounty.etaspot.net/
-All Office for the Aging Senior Friendship Centers will be closed tomorrow.

On behalf of the Town of Pawling, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Bob Brill, Town Highway Superintendent, and the Town Highway crew for going above and beyond in clearing the roads in the face of this unprecedented snowstorm, and in assisting the Village as well! I would also like to recognize and thank the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department, the Pawling Fire Department and Chief Everett White, and all of the First Responders for all of their efforts – they are very much appreciated. I also want to thank Village Mayor Lauri Taylor for working closely with me and the Town throughout the storm.

It’s amazing what can be accomplished when everyone works together!

Thank you to everyone who came out to witness my swearing in as Town Supervisor. The outpouring of support I received was overwhelming and humbling!

Special thanks to Mayor Lauri Taylor for swearing me in, and thanks to everyone who helped make this a special event.

I am looking forward to serving Pawling as your Town Supervisor.

I’m pleased to announce that I have won the election for Pawling Town Supervisor, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who supported me.

To everyone who took the time to come out to vote for me, I’m extremely grateful. To those who made financial and material donations to my campaign, thank you so much. To all who donated their time and resources, I appreciate you. To those who carried petitions for me, and to those who signed those petitions, many thanks. Thank you to everybody who helped put out signs and banners, and to everybody who allowed me to put signs and banners on their property. Special thanks to all those who reached out to me asking for signs to put on their lawns. Your generosity and support are amazing. Thanks to everyone who publicly expressed their support for me, who sent encouraging messages, who shared my posts on Facebook, and posted in support of my campaign, it really meant a lot to me.
