Today, we honor and thank the brave men and women who served our country with courage, sacrifice, and dedication. Because of our veterans, we are able to enjoy the freedoms, opportunities, and security that so many of us often take for granted each day.

Originally established on June 22, 1955 at Naval Air Station Moffett Field, the Blacklions carry a powerful legacy of service, honor, and excellence.

A special challenge coin honoring VFA-213 has been generously donated to Veterans Helping Veterans Inc., and we are hoping to place it in the hands of a true Blacklion who served with this distinguished unit.

If you have a DD-214 confirming your service with VFA-213, we would be honored to gift you this commemorative coin.
