Windmill Estates - Live the Legacy Windmill Estates is a quiet little subdivision in the town of Pea Ridge. I created this page for a few reasons. 1).

We do not have a charter or a similar document that could be helpful in establishing certain guidelines. Any rules we have, from what I understand, have been conveyed by some individual residents with no authority to create them, 2). Apparently, the reason we do not have a charter is from what I understand is due to the fact that there is one or two lots of property that have not been developed,

and that is the reason we cannot apply for one (this is something I will verify with the Pea Ridge city administrators, and 3). I think that for less controversial but more informative reasons, that this page could be used for an informative page for people to post events, e.g. garage and yard sales, location of our wonderful neighborhood, etc.

As the original of this page I am so happy to see that many of you are using this and that's exactly what I wanted to accomplish when I created it, so I'd like to thank you all. This this led me to setting us our neighborhood windmill Estates in the app next door neighborhood.

Nice morning to be bike riding around my neighborhood again. Have been too busy working, sleeping, or avoiding it because of the extremely hot and humid weather we had. Ominous skies over my house but the weatherman said no rain in the forecast. Amazing field of gold? adjacent to our neighborhood!😉😎
