Last week, school leaders from across gathered at Kaiserslautern High School in Germany for the 2026 Europe Summer Leadership Summit, an annual event that brings regional education leaders together as they prepare for the start of the 2026-27 school year.

Throughout the week, Director Paul Craft and Chief Academic Officer Tiffany Hoben engaged with administrators to share best practices, collaborate on key initiatives, and shape educational priorities for the year ahead.

Participants also heard an inspiring message from DoWEA Europe Director for Student Excellence Dr. Michelle Howard-Brahaney, who challenged leaders to innovate within the mission, strengthen trust through transparency, and use data-driven decision-making to enhance student outcomes.
