The Town advises residents that a 6–8 inch deep hole in the roadway at the intersection of Mountain Lake Road and French Street will remain open through Thursday, September 3, 2026, to allow recently placed concrete to properly dry and cure.

Residents and motorists should use caution when approaching the area and, when possible, avoid the affected section until the work is completed.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while Public Works completes this necessary work.
