Welcome to Monday! For this morning’s bake, we made 3 extra Jalapeño & Cheese Sourdough Loaves. They are cooling now (7 AM) and will be ready to cut into in 30 minutes. Pick up is in Pacific Palisades.

Mahalos to all who stopped by our table yesterday at the PALISADES Farmer’s Market. It was great to meet you all and get to chat!

Wake and bake! This is our plain Artisan Style Sourdough. Great Crumb and Ear with a medium sourdough flavor. The ingredients are flour, water and salt. Yum!😃 👨‍🍳

Morning baking complete. The house is filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread. I considered reserving one for myself, but instead, I will prepare another batch for tomorrow morning.

Looking forward to baking tomorrow morning. Anyone craving artisan sourdough? Message me to place your order, inclusion loaves by noon and plain by 3.

Plain =$9.00
Inclusion loaves range from $15-$18.

Pick up between 8:3am-11:00am. We can work something else out if needed.

Happy Girl’s Day! Huge bake this morning and Gayle is out dropping half of it off on the Windward side. The last batch is almost done baking. Ahhhhhhh…….

Gayle has finalized her latest loaf. She liked the Rosemary Garlic & Onion and pushed it over the top by adding her Italian Seasoning and Sun Dried Tomatoes! It’s on the new menu and she calls it the Italian!

She is taking orders for next Saturday & Sunday (March 9th & 10th).
