8 weeks of hardwork and dedication has lead to 4 Pearl River EMS members to this day! HAPPY GRADUATION DAY to our members who studied, practiced and dedicated their summer vacations to becoming a NYS certified EMT!! Next step is the State Written exam and soon enough youll see these lifesavers taking calls all on their own!!
Fun Fact: 3/4 of our graduates will only just be starting their senior year in High School this coming September and the 4th just graduated this past June!!

After extensive analysis, we’re expecting… 0” of snow across New York State today!

We know. Shocking. 😏

The real story? Thursday is expected to be one of the hottest days of the summer.

REMINDER: every time you park. Always check your vehicle for children and pets before walking away. On hot days, the temperature inside a parked vehicle can become deadly in minutes - even with the windows cracked.

After days of rain, today’s surprise sunshine gave us the perfect chance to get outside and clean the trucks! ☀️🚑
Captain Suffern, EMT Anton, and Youth Corps member Leslie spent the afternoon washing and restocking the ambulances to make sure they’re clean, ready, and response prepared for the next call. Volunteering isn’t just about answering emergencies it’s also about teamwork, pride, and keeping our equipment ready for the community we serve. We are currently accepting volunteer applications for both adult and youth members message us for details!!! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!
