Congratulations to City of Pearl employee Kale Gammill!

Kale, who works in our Auto Maintenance Department, recently submitted a design for the Mississippi Riverland Council’s new council shoulder patch. The new design was to incorporate America’s 250th anniversary, and Kale’s design was selected as the winner!

Scouting has been an important part of Kale’s life for many years. He participated in Boy Scouts as a youth and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Today, he continues to give back to the program, serving as Scoutmaster of Troop 575 for the past 10 years and as Assistant District Commissioner for the Pearl River District.

When asked why he continues to give his time to Scouting, Kale said he believes in the program and in giving back to his community. His goal is to help build leadership skills and prepare the next generation of Scouts for the future.

We’re proud to have Kale as part of the City of Pearl team and congratulate him on having his design selected!
