🤔What if you could begin changing your identity in the next 30 days… not by force, but by small, intentional shifts?
💫The truth is your life is not just a reflection of what you do… it’s a reflection of who you believe you are.
And most of that identity?
It was formed subconsciously long before you were even aware you had a choice.
So over the next 30 days, we’re going to gently shift that.
We’re going to move through four simple phases:
✨ 1st phase - awareness.
Noticing the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that are currently running the show.
✨ 2nd phase - interrupting the pattern.
Creating space between who you’ve been… and who you’re becoming.
✨ 3rd phase - recoding.
Choosing new thoughts, new actions, and new ways of showing up.
4th phase - embodiment.
Actually living as the version of you that you desire to be.
And here’s the most important part… this doesn’t happen through big, overwhelming change.
It happens through micro-shifts.
Small, intentional moments that, over time, completely transform your identity.
