Hello Everyone!!

This morning I had the honor of taking the oath of office for my 2nd term as Frio County Constable Pct. 3!

It has truly been an honor serving as Constable for Precinct #3!

As Constable I serve as the Chief Process Server for The Precinct 3 Justice Court. I serve as Bailiff and I am responsible for the service of various Writs, Citations, Court Orders and Evictions. I am also responsible for the ex*****on of Evictions, Writs and other various Court Orders.

During my 1st term I have remained active in law enforcement by assisting the Pearsall Police Department and Frio County Sheriff’s Office with information reports, vehicle accidents, burglaries, thefts, vehicle pursuits, bailouts, subjects fleeing on foot, shooting investigations, narcotic investigations and executing search warrants.

During my 1st term I have earned over 440 hours of continued education in law enforcement. Listed are some of the trainings I have attended.
