The Village of Peck is now accepting Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) from local contractors for its Homeowner and Rental Rehabilitation Programs. If you are a contractor or know someone who may be interested, please consider submitting an RFQ.

RFQs will be accepted until August 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

RFQ applications can be picked up at the village office or requests can be sent to:

Paper copies are available at the village hall. If you do a paper copy you will be able to meet with the consultants on Friday August 21, 2026 on a first come first serve basis from 1-5 at the Peck Community Center located at 125 W. Lorraine St Peck, MI 48466.

The max award is $24,999 per home.

The village office will be closed tomorrow August 4, 2026, Thursday, August 6, 2026 and Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

All water and tax payments can be dropped off in the dropbox outside the office.
