The Cincinnati Fire Protection District Training Academy is proud to announce our upcoming Common Passenger Vehicle Rescue Course (Formerly known as VMO).
This State Certification Course is delivered in a hybrid format and consists of 40 hours of education designed to prepare firefighters to safely and effectively operate at passenger vehicle rescue incidents.

📅 Mandatory Orientation (In Person): 04/09/2026 | 1900–2100
💻 Weekly Online Course Work
🛠 In-Person Practical Weekend:
• 05/02/2026 | 0800–1800
• 05/03/2026 | 0800–1800
(Two 10-hour days of hands-on practical evaluations)
💲 Cost: $500.00
👨🚒 This course is limited to 18 students to ensure high-quality instruction and hands-on learning.
