***Pelham Town Meeting*** November 18th @ 7:00PM

Planning Board Meeting with discuss some of the follow:

1. The need for a variety of houses in Pelham for OUR seniors, PD, FD, teachers, etc...
2. Housing solutions scaled to Pelham that considers style, community, and existing population.
3. Investing in our community by drawing young families who will participate in the day to day affairs of the town.
4. Affordable housing...this should be defined as a price not an economic status. (ex. $270,000-$325,000)

Come to learn, ask questions and support our local community grow into the community that we want enjoy and have our children to enjoy growing up in.
