We owe a huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up for our 4th of July celebration. Whether you were part of the parade, a volunteer who helped prep, cook, or clean up, the vendors who set up, and the many, many attendees.

Funnel cakes are officially selling!

Hot dogs and burgers are on the grill, along with a new creation... BBQ baked beans! High protein, low(er) carb meal option if you're avoiding bread or are gluten sensitive.

🎇Remember, fireworks are at dark tonight 🎆

As a reminder, this fire department runs primarily off donations. What little bit of county money we receive, doesn't even cover annual insurance premiums...

We love this community and appreciate everyone who has shown up today!

Our crew is switching over from fish plates to traditional 4th of July Fireworks cookout food.

Same amazing BBQ, now served up in a few more ways 😋

Everyone is getting set up and ready!

Parade starts at 10:00. Will start serving lunch directly after.

What's more is going on than shown in the photos. Just all I had time to take.

Many hands make light work!

We've got tents set up and ready no matter the weather.

Parade starts at 10, line up at 9.

Music all day, and fireworks at dark.

For lunch the fire department will have:
Fish plate - freshly prepared breading, fries, homemade hush puppies, homemade tarter sauce, drinks and dessert for $15

BBQ plate - low 'n slow smoked BBQ pork shoulder, homemade cole slaw, smoked baked beans and french sauce! Served with choice of homemade dessert, drink and side of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce for $15

Everything is also available ala carte.

We also have a water slide bouncy house for the kids!

Evening time before the fireworks, we'll have grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries and funnel cakes.

We will also have a variety of vendors set up with homemade lemonade, 3D printed widgets and fidgets, fresh corn, veggies, italian ice and sweet treats, canned goods, crafts, baked goods, icees, and a lot more!

Got the smoker going for pulled pork sandwich for Saturdays event.

Y'all go crazy for the fried fish and hush puppies, but if you ask me... That slow smoked pork is where it's at!
