Over the past several days, two new supervisors and a shift lead participated in the NENA Supervisor Program, where they diligently worked to enhance their leadership skills and acquire the most current management practices in emergency communications. We are extremely proud of their dedication and commitment to continually improving their skills, and we greatly appreciate all their contributions to operations and our community. We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to our assistant supervisors for their outstanding performance in maintaining operations during their absence.
Congratulations to Anna Melton, Lily Layfield, and Bayleigh Ledbetter on obtaining your Supervisor Certification.
