Leadership St. Clair County

Leadership St. Clair County Bringing together leaders to gain knowledge & work to solve issues + opportunities facing St. Clair. Leadership St. Clair County gives established leaders in St.

Clair County exposure to the broader fabric of our county. It develops a network of relationships and provide a structure for this network to seek mutual understanding of problems and priorities for the county's future. Our members are selected based on their leadership abilities, career accomplishments, volunteer activities, contributions to their communities and commitment to help shape a better

St. Clair County. They do not share a common age, gender, lifestyle, career or hometown. What they do share is a vision of what SCC can and must be as we move into the 21st century. And they share the ability to lead our county to that visionary future. Nominations for Leadership St. Clair County are accepted in June and July of each year for consideration for the next program year. LSCC encourages members and board members to nominate individuals who:

*Demonstrate a commitment to community through past and present activities *Demonstrate leadership ability in their chosen field through significant achievement
*Possess the potential for exercising substantial leadership in the future
*Exhibit a personal commitment to help shape the future of St. Clair County

Over the past year, this incredible group of leaders has invested their time, energy, and hearts into learning more about the people, places, challenges, and opportunities that make St. Clair County so special. From agriculture and industry to education, healthcare, public safety, quality of life, and community development, this class has experienced firsthand what it means to lead with purpose.

Most importantly, they have built relationships that will continue strengthening our communities for years to come.

Thank you to our speakers, sponsors, hosts, board members, alumni, and community partners who helped make this year possible. And congratulations to our graduates — we cannot wait to see how each of you continues to make a difference across St. Clair County.
Once a member of Leadership St. Clair County, always a member of the LSCC family. 💙

Today we were able to get an inside look at what our Leaders are doing for us, and our county.

Our Leadership St. Clair County class had a full day in Montgomery for Legislative Day. Thank you all who helped make this day very informative and sharing things we didn’t know. Alabama has a lot of history and St. Clair is represented very well for the future.

We thank you.
